Customer data

We take all reasonable steps to keep data relating to our customers secure. We will never sell or deliberately pass on your details to any third party (unless you give us permission to publish a testimonial you have sent us).

We do keep a mailing list of our previous customers. We will use this occasionally for two main purposes:

A follow-up email, after you've had the software for a few months, to find out if you have any feedback for us - we think this makes good business sense.
To notify users of any major upgrades which may be of interest.

If you do not wish to be contacted by us at all, please just tell us, and we'll never contact you again.

Your credit card details

When you pay for AVS Barcode Source, you pay with PayPal, according to their terms and conditions. They handle your credit card transaction, and deposit the money into our account. At no point do we see or have access to any of your credit card details.

Refund policy

You are free to try our software before you register and pay for it, to ensure it meets your needs. However, if after you have paid for the software you are not entirely satified with it, we will offer you a full refund up to 30 days after the date when you paid for it. You need to request a refund from us, stating the problem you are having with the software, within 30 days of paying for it. We will then process your refund using PayPal's refund mechanism and according to PayPal's terms and conditions.
